On 19 May the First INTERNATIONAL BALKANS CONFERENCE ON CHALLENGES OF CIVIL ENGINEERING opened in Tirana. This conference, organized by Epoka University, in collaboration with Polytechnic University, Gaziantep University and Pamukkale University,Civil Engineering Departments, brings together approximately 200 academics and profesionists came to the conference from around Albania and the world.
