Focusing on the sustainable management of Albania's water resources, our research addresses the challenges posed by climate change, urbanization, and growing water demand. Albania's diverse hydrological landscape and reliance on water for agriculture, energy, and daily needs underscore the importance of effective water resource management. The primary aim is to evaluate the availability, distribution, and quality of water resources under changing climatic and environmental conditions. Research efforts also include developing innovative strategies for flood risk mitigation, water conservation, and the optimization of irrigation systems. Additionally, we explore advanced modeling techniques and technologies to enhance water resource management, ensuring long-term sustainability and resilience.
